-Fixed some improper walk foot step sounds for the Police walkers.
-Fixed Run foot step sounds for walkers on fire.
-Added a convar that enables one shot headshot deaths for only common infected.

Nothing new was added except for giving most SNPCs hitgroup flinching and now all walkers become runners when ignited on fire (Excluding special infected)

-All NPCs should be able to push props out of the way and should detect player sounds. (The Rager and The First One have a larger sound detection Distance)
-Configured the Leap Attack Range for all walkers.
-Added Leap Attack miss sounds for all SNPCs that have a leap attack.
-Hopefully I correctly timed all runner foot step timers sounds.
-A majority of the SNPCs foot step sounds have been changed to be more audible.
-Added 3 new SNPCs. "Kamadkazie (Walker)", "Armored Police Zombie (Walker)"
and "Gasmask Zombie (Walker)".
-When a certain amount of explosive damage is done to the walkers or runners, they may become crawlers.
-Increased walkers health to 75.
-Increased Runners health to 50.
