Summary of changes:
+ Rewrote swapping logic
+ Splitted SvS Vol. 3 themes into 2 categories (SvS Vol. 3 - caves and SvS Vol. 3 - Other)
+ Added support for +1 theme (SvS Vol. 3 needs to be installed) -> "Tier 3 goes Ice"

Information:
A (technical) "building" might not necessarily consists of connected building parts. It depends in which order you put your building parts together. There is a limit for parts recognized as a (technical) "building". No problem though, but you might use the material swapper again on the "second building" (or bunch of actors recognized as one).

If you build your (real) buildings separately of each other, they should be recognized as separate (technical) "buildings".

A (technical) "building" just can have one theme only. The last one applied will be saved!
