Fixed the problem with red team not being able to move (also and blue too).
For some reason game wasn't aware of all the navmeshes that worked perfectly in E26, but not in E25.

Now it isn't that bright
Now invisible barrier isn't that hight in the plane's way
Changed APC's spawn a bit
