Shared Resources Update!

• Brutal Aim - now applies Vulnerability.
  
• Deadly Aim - now applies Agony.
  
• Trick Shot, Choking Gas, Snipe Tendons, Cluster Bomb, Shadow Arc - Damage increased.
  
• Infiltrator's Arrow - Damage increased, invisibility reduced from 2 turns to 1 turn.
  
• Kneel - Now named Focused Stance.

• Focused Stance - Reduces movement speed by 100%. Increased Accuracy and Targeting Range. Applies Might and Fury for as long as it is active. Deactivate the stance by casting the skill again, switching weapons, leaving combat, or activating a different stance. Unlocks "Reposition" skill for use.
  
• Quickfire Stance - Reduces movement speed by 100%, Accuracy and Damage reduced. Applies Hasted and Quickness for as long as it is active. Immunity to Slowed. Deactivate the stance by casting the skill again, switching weapons, leaving combat, or activating a different stance. Unlocks "Reposition" skill for use.
  
• Stances are mutually exclusive, require a bow, and cannot be combined with stance skills from other mods (though, now all mods with Stances use the Stance Status Type, so it might not be immediately apparent if they stack).

Fixed an issue where skills were being unlocked via script

Fixed an issue where some skillbooks were NOT being offered by merchants. Ensnaring Arrow, Shadow Meld, and Shadow Gust should be available.

Updated the skill Icon for Cloak and Arrow to use the current one in a different project

Removed the testing cheat that unlocks all skills on Kneel
