Ruler/Ancestral Knowledge now gives Edict Funds instead of Edict Cap
Ruler/Regal now gives Edicts Funds and reduced upkeep instead of Edict Cap and reduced Edict Cost
Ruler/Profligate now increases leader upkeep instead of adding unity upkeep
Ruler/Peacemonger now correctly refers to one of the opposite traits, Fleet Organizer
Ruler/Hateful now correctly checks for the Fanatic Purifier Civic
Governor/Reliable now correctly refers to the correct Lithoid Oligotrophs species trait
Governor/Patron of the Arts now uses the correct Planet Amenities modifier
