### COMPATIBILITY ###
* The following modifier tooltips are now overwritten (via scripted_modifiers):
- num_tech_alternatives_add, BIOLOGICAL_species_trait_points_add, LITHOID_species_trait_points_add, ROBOT_species_trait_points_add, country_megastructure_build_cap_add
* These are overwritten so the tooltip shows +0.34 instead of +0.
* There is NO gameplay effects from these being overwritten, and very few mods do this in general so conflicts should be minimal
* Added ID Variable: @has_xte_unofficial

### LOCALISATION ###
* Added a bunch of concepts

### BALANCE ###
* (Species Trait) Analytical, Theoretical, and Practical: Debuff is now -30% (from -15%) as I felt it was far easy to negate with a single early-game technology
* (Leader Trait) Reliable: Now provides +3.3% Minerals if you are a Lithoid Empire

### UI ###
* Added some old style leader traits with the newer icons for the below change

### NEW! ###
* Added Concepts to every Species Trait that can generate a leader trait
* Note: Some Concepts still use the pre-leader rework icons

### COMPATIBILITY ###
* Added three new scripted_modifiers, two events, and two static_modifiers to fix the below problem.

### FIXES & QOL ###
* (Leader Traits) Life Weaver & Life Crafter: Modifier tooltips are now more accurate (Should now show +0.33 instead of +0).
* Note: Due to how I had to implement the above change, it may take 1 to 2 months for your trait points to be correct after gene-modding.

### MODULES ###
* Truncate: Now correctly removes leader traits added by Theoretical and Practical.

If you're mid-game and are missing a trait point, paste the following into the console with nothing selected:

event xte_traits_ev.998
This should add your missing trait point, though updating might take a month.
