X changes 4.1

Another batch of X changes
not the big patch im working on idk when that'll be out but I wanted to make this in the meantime because X felt weird to play as and it bothered me
Main goals of this patch were making him feel less awkward to play as and generally more fun

GENERAL CHANGES:

- fixed bug where taunt and ustrong particles would appear when roll dodging or parrying
- New uspecial, Lightning web
- buster now has a small cooldown
- X can now cancel his buster by jabbing or jumping
- New Utilt
- If X holds down utilt he will get a different attack
- New Dtilt
- New Fair
- D special now works different, it now moves your weapon cursor forward one time instead of locking X in a swap position
- Dair no longer has kb scaling but sends X farther and halts his momentum on start up
- Charged shots have more hitpause now
- Uncharged shots now travel less distance but deal more damage and slight kb
- slightly increased the damage of all buster shots
- Frost shield now travels farther and faster
- 2nd Nair hit now has kb scaling and sends upwards
- more changes I forgot about

BUFFS:

- Bair base KB increased from 6 to 8
- Bair damage increased from 9 to 13
- Lv.2 charged shot base kb increased from 7 to 8
- Lv.2 charged shot kb scaling increased from 0.8 to 0.9
- Lv.3 charged shot base kb increased from 8 to 10
- Lv.3 charged shot kb scaling increased from 1 to 1.4

NERFS:

- Uair has a small cooldown in between uses now
- Increased Bair landing lag from 4 to 12
- Bair kb angle adjusted from 150 to 130, shouldn't kill as early anymore
- Bair kb scaling decreased from 0.8 to 0.6
- Ultimate armor nerfed, now only does about 50 damage

Reworked to be more fun and combo friendly

GENERAL CHANGES:
- X has been generally reworked to be more combo viable
- New Dair
- New Dtilt
- New Bair
- New Fair
- Nair no longer has KB scaling and sends at an upward angle to help comboability
- Uncharged shots now deal polite, unscaling knockback
- New colors

BUFFS:
- Nair can be attack canceled after the 2nd kick
- Sonic slicer initial kb increased from 7 to 8
- Sonic slicer kb scaling increased from 0.8 to 0.9

NERFS:
- Nair total damage nerfed from 9 to 6
- Nair hitbox nerfed a bit

GENERAL CHANGES:
- New Command Mission alternate costume with new X sprites (replaced SNES color pallette)
- New Spawn Platform
- Twin Slasher replaced for Speed Burner
- Spike Ball replaced for Metal Anchor
- Sonic Slicer now sends at a 65 degree angle instead of a 45 degree angle
- Sonic Slicer hitbox now much more accurate
- Ultimate armor now FOR SURE connects fully
- Dtilt no longer has knockback scaling but sends at a 45 degree angle now and has a base kb of 9 (to help it combo into speed burner)
- Rising Fire (ground) now has KB scaling of 0.2
- 3rd Jab given KB scaling of 0.4
- Ftilt KB angle adjusted from 35 to 45

BUFFS:
- Ftilt kb scaling increased from 0.2 to 0.5
- Frost Shield no longer puts X in pratfall
- Frost Shield Hspeed increased from 3 to 4
- Frost Shield now lasts for a little while longer (from 30 lifetime to 50)

NERFS:
- Ftilt initial kb lowered from 10 to 8
- utilt start up increased from 3 frames to 6 frames
- utilt heavy hit hitbox nerfed (Now whiffs on grounded Maypul, Sylvanos, Ori, Orcane, or a crouching opponent)
- utilt heavy hit damage decreased from 17 to 9
- utilt weak hit damage decreased from 9 to 6
- Sonic Slicer should now whiff on most grounded opponents
- Sonic Slicer endlag increased from 13 frames to 19 frames
- Sonic Slicer cooldown doubled from 60 to 120
- Sonic Slicer initial KB lowered from 8 to 7
- Sonic Slicer Damage per shot lowered from 7 to 6
- Frost Shield cooldown increased from 50 to 140
- Frost shield impact damage decreased from 6 to 3
- Ground Hunter cooldown increased from 20 to 30
- Ground Hunter Hspeed decreased from 8 to 7
- Electric Spark cooldown increased from 300 to 555

GENERAL CHANGES
- New weapon menu sprite
- New special weapon, Meteor Rain special replaced with Twin Slasher
- Twin Slasher is a spammable projectile that's main purpose is to annoy people, has set polite knockback
- X has a new Ustrong
- X has a new Uair
- Maximum Charge shot sprite replaced
- Ultimate Armor should always connect fully now (clarification: to use it everyone must be on their last stock, and X must be at 100% damage or above. To activate use taunt, after use all of X's special attacks are disabled for the rest of the fight.)
- Ftilt functions as more of a keep away tool now
- Ftilt KB angle adjusted to send opponents away more horizontally
- Dtilt is now active for less frames but is special cancellable
- Dtilt KB angle adjusted from 85 to 55
- Nair should work a bit better now
- Sonic Slicer KB angle adjusted from 75 to 45
- Frost Shield KB angle adjusted from -50 to -35
- Fixed bug where frost shield would turn around if X did
- Spike Ball reworked a bit, no longer spikes and doesn't go as far

BUFFS

- Max Airial Horizontal Speed buffed from 4 to 5
- 2nd Jab connects better and isn't techable anymore
- 3rd Jab comes out 2 frames faster
- 3rd Jab can now be cancelled into a special attack
- 3rd Jab isn't techable
- Dtilt KB scaling increased from 0.5 to 0.6
- Fstrong KB scaling increased from 1 to 1.1
- Dstrong final hit DMG increased from 4 to 6
- Dstrong final hit hitbox increased a bit (from 50w 40h to 70w 50h)
- Sonic Slicer damage increased from 4 per shot to 7
- Sonic Slicer KB scaling increased from 0.8 to 0.9
- Spinning Blade can now cancel endlag into a tilt
- Frost Shield isn't techable
- Ground Hunter H speed increased from 4 to 8
- Ground Hunter cooldown reduced from 100 to 20
- Spike Ball now bounces off of surfaces
- Spike Ball cooldown decreased from 400 to 150
- Spike Ball initial KB increased from 6 to 9
- Spike Ball KB scaling increased from 0.3 to 0.8
- Spike Ball lifetime increased from 250 to 9999
- Electric Spark hitpause increased from 16 to 22
- Electric Spark can no longer be broken by other hitboxes
- Electric Spark H speed increased from 5 to 7
- Electric Spark is no longer reflected when parried

NERFS

- X now loses buster charge when he loses a stock
- If X is hit while charging or while the charge particle is showing his buster charge will be reset to 0
- Jab total damage lowered from 10 to 7
- Rising Fire (ground version) no longer has burn effect
- Ground Hunter no longer has knockback scaling
- Ground Hunter damage reduced from 5 to 3
- Frost Shield KB scaling decreased from 0.5 to 0.3
- Spinning Blade damage decreased from 7 per blade to 5
