Faster deconstructing is working now
This enhances faster moving of items [pick up, place] and disassemble of doors, TVs, tables, etc.

Fixed book reading problem.
If player is reading a skill book with a higher skill, the book will stop at around 50 pages read and drop back to zero pages.
