Fix some bugs

Patch 1.1 Heroes patch update.
Greetings brothers. I have massively upgraded the hero of Legions. They will come with their signature weapons and their legion favor tactic.

Add Hero building for every Legion. You now can recruit normal Heroes and Named Heroes from this building. The normal hero building is now for AI only.

The normal Starting Hero will be removed. After you research Legion Tactic 1 and activate the quest. Your legion Captain will come to aid you.

Dark Angels:

Captain: Company Master: Use Relic Blade and Plasma Pistol
Chaplain: Interrogator-Chaplain: Use Plasma Gun.

Salamanders:
Captain: Use Flamer and Thunder Hammer.

Imperial Fists:
Captain: Use Heavy Bolter with Power Fist for Emergency. You can only choose one of each weapon.
Power Strike changes to Gunner Kill on sight to more sync with IF units.

Blood Angels:
Captain: Use Power Sword and Inferno Pistol.
Healing Healing Surge changes to new skills. Jump pack that will buff your allies and debuff your enemies morale where he is landing.
Chaplain: Jump Pack skill with buff morale and demoralize instead of Canticles Of Wrath

Iron Hands:
Chapter Master of Iron Hand: Kardan Stronos. He is Iron Father with can heal any Vehicle without need to use actions. Some buff in skill
Iron Captain Pelles: With better stat in skill than normal Iron Captain

Ultramarines:
Captain: Primaris Captain: Use Power Sword and Boltstorm Gauntlet with Mark X Gravis Power Armour.

Raven Guard:
Captain: Change Healing Surge to Jump Pack with smoke screens AoE radius
Chaplain: Use Jump Pack skill with buff morale and demoralize instead of Canticles Of Wrath
