+Added playable Peasant factions, which differ from Populist factions. You will get the ability to start this faction if you get the "Tax Collection" event as a lowborn, and get the "Oppressed" modifier. Being victorious in a peasant revolt will grant your peasant family privileges and exemption from future taxes
+Lowborn characters now pay extra tax occasionally when working
