Updated Copy Ability icons to match Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe
Three new Copy Ability icons (Jelly, Sand, Mecha)
Adjusted wall collision to replicate more aspects of Rivals own solid walls
All players now freeze in place for a second when a player is KO'd

Behind the scenes:
- Now uses hud_draw for rendering the life gauge, meaning it's no longer blocked by certain elements.
- Also now uses init instead of update to initialize variables. Due to this change, holding parry no longer disables this buddy on AI.
Compatibility:
- Added pre-emptive compatibility icons for Gooey and Magolor.
- Added icons for Ranger and Drill.
- Replaced the icon for Throw with a new one.
- You can now add "kf_left_wall_offset" and "kf_right_wall_offset" to change the offset of the invisible walls on your custom stages.
- Fixed visual bug where for some reason port priority would overwrite the icons of the players before a player using a character with a default custom icon. (no clue why)
Gameplay:
- Adjusted the invisible walls calculation, widening the invisible walls by 16 pixels on each side.
- Added a way to display the area in between invisible walls in Training Mode. Hold down and taunt to enable viewing it, and hold up and taunt to disable it.
- Falling down a pit, instead of instantly KOing you, now deals 50 damage and warps you back to the last place you stood on solid ground.
