Weapon Remover/Giver can now remove Devplat Revolver (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=151564834)

(only the command activator will remove their Devplat, so Global Remove will not remove any other players' Devplats, except the command activators.)

Boolit Modifiers can no longer be used on Devplat (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=476913992)
(sorry I ruined the fun)
