Updated fully for Immortal Empires

- Now supports the Chaos Warbands Upgrades System:
-- Pips can be seen in the warband upgrade tree
-- Point cost is summarized next to the gold cost in the left hand panel
-- Tooltips are displayed on the upgrade button when it cannot be accessed due to a lack of available points.

- Fixed a crash when exchanging units with an army that was currently recruiting
- Fixed a bug where previewing units in the warband tree would consume points.
- Fixed a bug where swapping between different types of mercenaries (RoR & Elector Counts for example) would cause the UI to disappear and the limits not to apply.

- Added missing units: Rakarth Beasts, New Regiments of Renown, and Unique Nurgle Chaos Spawn.

Hi. Immortal Empires is out; and I'm flying to Sweden in 6 hours.

I've updated the mod - however, it does not work perfectly for the Warriors of Chaos and it hasn't been tested extensively. The upgrade screen needs more code to work than I have time to create right now.

The mod should work fine for the AI and for every other culture and faction. For the Warriors of Chaos, you'll have to use the honour system when you're upgrading your units.

- All new marked units share the same categorisation as their unmarked forms
- Balance may need future adjusting for WH1 and WH2 factions, I will keep an eye on this.
- Known Issues: The chaos warband upgrades panel works on the honour system.


TLDR: It works as everyone except for Warriors of Chaos. It doesn't *not* work for them, but the Warband Upgrades panel won't correctly limit you so its on you to be an honourable chap and not go over the caps for now. I'll fix it in a week or so when I'm settled in my new apartment.

- Made improvements to enforcement for AI armies which should ensure they are following the rules.
- Added options for Vandy's Mod Configuration Tool


IMPORTANT: For submodders

Move your integration scripts from script/campaign/mod/ to script/ttc/

This change is currently backwards compatible (nothing will break due to this update) but to have your script fully work going forward, you need to move it.
