Fixed a bug that caused lords to have no points available until they had been deselected and reselected after creating an army.

Balance:
- Crane Gunners increased to two special

Fixed an issue where recruitment options would not be limited when switching between different armies through the side selection panels without closing the unit panel.

New Feature: Costs can now be previewed in the unit browser. There is a button in the top right to toggle whether caps are displayed. They only display in the Campaign, not in custom battle.

Balance Changes:

Kislev
- Ice Guard to Rare 1
- Tzar Guard to Special 2
- Heavy Sled to Special 3
- Light Sled to Special 2

Tzeentch
- Flamers to Special 2

Nurgle
- Plague Drones to Rare 1

Balance Patch:

KHORNE
- Exalted Bloodletters back to 2 Special: I wanted to avoid detracting too much from Khorne's faction identity when I made this decision, but it is inconsistent with elite infantry across the board so I have reconsidered.
- Gorebeast Chariot down to 1 Special: Consistent with the Warriors of Chaos version.

CATHAY
- Grand Cannon up to 2 Special: Consistent with Dwarf and Empire Great Cannon.
- Fire Rain Rocket Battery up to 2 Rare: Consistent with the Empire's Helstrom.

OGRES
- Ironguts down to 1 Special: Ogres have a lot of special 2 options who Ironguts can't compete with.
- Crushers (both variants) up to 2 Rare: Ogres still had too many special options, and having Mournfang cavalry and Crushers both in Special felt weird.

SLAANESHH
- Hellstriders (both variants) down to Core: They were special on tabletop but they are balanced differently in Warhammer 3. Plus, the cavalry deamons should probably have a core cavalry.
