Skill balance patch notes (April 8, 2022):

Flash Flood
non-AP damage reduced from 3 to 2.
Number of vortexes summoned reduced from 18 to 16
Expansion speed reduced from 8 to 7
Number of uses reduced from 4 to 3

Flash Flood would still be very effective against low armored and T1 units, especially those trapped against each other or against a barricade, but it should pose little danger to T3 units or enemies that have decent armor at all.

Miao Ying's Judgment
Lightning bolt damage reduced from 200 to 75
Shockwave radius reduced from 6 to 5
Number of uses reduced from 3 to 2
Cooldown increased from 90 to 120

Lightning Stake
Shockwave radius reduced from 4 to 2
