1) Technology
a) The Land Cruiser technology should now have a GFX again
b) Technologies that reduce supply consumption for certain units now gives -10% instead of -1% (before BBA this gave -0.01 flat, but PDX changed that instead of giving new syntax. Thx for that btw…)
c) Artillery and Anti-Air techs in the Artillery folder now also give bonuses to the self-propelled tank variants of the corresponding arm

2) Modules
a) Changed Reliability of DP ammo:
I) For Light DP: From -7.5% for all types to -10%, -9.5%, -9%, -8.5%, -8%, -7.5% from first to last type
II) For Medium DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -14%, -13%, -12%, -11%, -10% from first to last type
III) For Heavy DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -14%, -13%, -12%, -11%, -10% from first to last type
IV) For Super Heavy DP: From -7.5% for all types to -15%, -12.5%, -10% from first to last type
V) For Modern DP: From -7.5% for all types to -12.5%, -10% from first to last type
b) Changes to riveted armor:
I) Riveted Armor Construction I now gives a -20% hardness debuff
II) Riveted Armor Construction II now gives a -15% hardness debuff
III) Riveted Armor Construction III now gives a -10% hardness debuff
c) All Armor Types: Production Cost reduced by 5%
d) All Turrets: Production Cost reduced by 10%, except for Modern Commando Turret: went from 0.75 to 3 Production Cost

3) GUI
a) Fixed an issue that resulted in the two buttons “Interesting Countries” and “Select Random Country” overlapping

4) GFX
a) Fixed an issue that resulted in the wrong GFX being shown for “Extensive Mobilization” economy law

5) JAP
a) changed the ruling party from Authoritarian to Constitutional Monarchy
b) Hirohito is now the country’s starting leader
c) preliminary focus tree can be seen if the game is started in debug mode, not finished, but can be used to get rid of some of the starting NS already
d) the country is now selectable in the main menu

c) Added a portrait for the Russian patriarch
d) Changes to the following focuses:
I) “Increase Army Funding”: now additionally gives 2 military factories and 2 building slots in 2 random states
II) “Improve the situation of the lower classes”: now additionally gives 2 levels of infrastructure in 5 random states
III) “Develop the Urals” now adds 10 Steel and 6 Tungsten to Zlatoust instead of 4 Steel and 2 Tungsten. It only does so now, if the state is being controlled by the player

a) Gibraltar now has 2 tiles
b) some changes of the tiles in Malaga and Sevilla
c) Added the adjacency rule Jutland strait, which controls access between the Danish-Norwegian Corridor and the Danish Gulf

2) MLI
a) Reduced time to potentially core a state from 200 to 120 days and made the mission more likely to succeed the higher the compliance in the state

3) AUH
a) Germany now gets an event to decide whether it wants to guarantee Austria-Hungary
b) Changed pictures of the country events to more appropriate ones
c) Fixed a bug through which the starting army could be kept for the civil war

3) Technology
a) Added GFX to the “Automated Production Steps” and “Computer Assisted Production Steps” technologies

4) Made adjustments so that the mod works with the latest DLC, NOTE: Several parts of the game are still compromised compared to the earlier version in terms of starting technologies, AI etc.
