a) Reintroduced the division limiter for the AI, but at an increase compared to the previous version of it
b) Lowered building cost for Factories, Dockyards and Ports (about 2-3% lower cost for the factories and 33% reduced base cost for the Port)
c) Added the ability to use dynamic equipment variant versioning as in the latest vanilla update

a) Reduced completion time for the focuses “Nordic Alliance” and “Propose Custody Over Coastal Islands” from 70 days to 14 and 35 days respectively
b) Added some more descriptions for focuses
c) Added additional tooltips to some focuses that include event results
d) CAN and USA should no longer get the bonus from the “North American Trade Agreements” twice in case both accept the event
e) Added additional bonuses to the focus “The Blooming Fields Of Greenland”: 5 Building Slots and 1 Civilian Factory in every state of Greenland. All Greenland states need to be controlled now to do the focus

2) GER
a) If DEN is (still) a puppet of GER it should now correctly be getting annexed when the focus “Pressure Denmark” is being taken
b) Added +10% Base War Support for completing the focus “Solidify The Power Structure”
c) Made the AI more likely to accept the German proposal of a maritime cooperation if Germany is played by a player
d) Added a new requirement for the focus “Befriend China”: Both Chinas need to exist for the focus to be done

3) Balancing
a) Reduced the gained army org for infantry through the right grand battleplan doctrine by -10 org in total

a) Reduced Piercing for all Anti-Air equipment (except for the first one) by ~20%
b) Reduced the research time for Anti-Tank upgrade technologies by 30%
c) Increased the base level hard attack for Anti-Tank Equipment by 5 points
d) Increased the base level soft attack of medium he ammunitions by 0.5 points

2) ICE
a) Added descriptions to some focuses that were still missing them
b) Added icons for the focuses “The Ice Of Iceland”, “The Fire Of Iceland” and the “The Blooming Fields Of Greenland”

a) Added additional tooltips for certain mechanics in focus trees for: SAF, TUR, USA
b) Amphibious tanks designed through the tank designer should now correctly enfore their module limits
c) Increased the amount of missions possible when equipping guided anti-ship bombs and buffed it in various other aspects
d) Reduced the build cost for radar stations from 3375 to 3000
e) Adjusted the weight with which certain personality traits can appear
f) Some of the major nations should be more likely to field medium tank divisions now (probably starting at around ~37/38 maybe 36. More feedback would be appreciated)

2) SAF
a) Reduced the political power cost to core a state through the specific decision category from 50 political power cost to 25, the required compliance from 80% to 70% and the needed time from 120 to 100 days

3) USA
a) Reduced cost of coring states through the theocratic decision category from 50 to 25, time needed from 120 to 100 days

4) ITA
a) Increased compliance growth modificator for the National Spirit “The New Rome” from +10% to +25%
b) Added some more precise explanation for the “Integration Into The Empire” decision category

a) Added additional explanations for mechanics in the focus tree for: ICE, IND, INS, ITA, JAP, MLI, NGA, RDR, RUS
b) Fixed an issue that would result in the wrong name being shown for battleships/heavy hulls

2) IND
a) Reduced the time to core Afghan and Pakistani states through the corresponding decisions from 180 days to 120 days

3) JAP
a) Lowered the political power cost as well as the needed compliance and time to core korean states

4) RDR
a) Liberating chinese states for the People’s Republic of China through the democratic socialist branch should now puppet them if they weren’t already established in a different manner

b) Made Germany more likely to accept an Austro-Hungarian entry into their faction if they have the same or a similar political ideology
c) Made it more likely for Getulio Vargas to reveal his true face, if the focus “I Am The Senate" is chosen

a) Added additional tooltips for events and decisions to the focus tree of: AUH, BRA, CHI, ENG, FRA, GER

a) Reduced the decision time, political power cost and compliance needed for the decision “Assimilate stateName into the Empire”

5) RUS
a) Changes to the focus “Grand Asian Emperor”: Changed the condition that a state needs to meet in order to get cored from “being an asian continent and owned by the player” to “being an asian continent and fully controlled by the player”

6) GER
a) Fixed an issue that would result in needing to control a finish state when trying to form the Holy Roman Empire
b) Added 3 additional Austro-Hungarian states that need to be controlled to proclaim the Holy Roman Empire

a) Added names for the different types of democratic factions
b) Changed the event picture for the general election

4) GUI
a) Aligned the ideology name of the country to the top and the election type to the bottom of the country overview window

a) Increased the consumer goods factor for the national spirit “The Great Depression” in the US and lowered it for Germany a bit
b) For RDR: The NS “Centralized Army Structure” now gives an additional 10% military factory construction speed when going down the left side of the centralized army tree
c) For RDR: The NS “Centralized Army Structure” now gives an additional +20 Max Command Power and a -25% reduction in cost for hiring new generals when going down the middle of the centralized army tree
d) For RDR: The focus “Furthering Armed Solidarity” now gives an additional +15% War Support buff
e) For RDR: The NS “Centralized Army Structure” now gives an additional +1000 weekly manpower when going down the right side of the centralized army tree
f) MLI will no longer start the game out with importing steel from GER
