a) Updated the continent value of one of the provinces
b) Updated the name of some victory points and states
c) Added several more starting resources for all regions

a) Added some tooltips to focuses after their completion
b) made some optimizations to some of the fascist focuses

a) The decisions to improve the Amazonas should now only target states in the Amazonas

4) RUS
a) Fixed a bug that resulted in the fascist civil war missions re-appearing even after they fired

1) MLI
a) The company “Socialist Development Bureau” has been changed to be an industrial concern
b) Reduced the PP cost for raising royal divisions for each decision from 25 down to 10
c) Reduced the decision completion time for the “Gather Equipment” decision from 90 to 30 days
d) Reduced the decision completion time for the “Gather Equipment” decision from 150 to 120 days

2) General
a) Updated the economy laws to the new way of how consumer goods are calculated
b) Reduced the armor piercing values of later AA equipment variants
c) Increased the base maximum command power from 200 to 250
d) Ace pilot events should no longer pop-up if the minor event checkbox has been checked off
e) Updated the names for one of the chinese tags
f) The US, Sweden and Turkey should no longer change names into something generic like “Liberalism” or “Social Democracy” etc.

a) The focus “Establish a Sphere of Democracy” is now available for the nation if it is democratic instead of the opposite

4) Equipment
a) Attack Helicopters should now be able to be trained

5) Units
a) Added some new units that were added through AAT (Rangers and Pioneers)

6) Map
a) Split the island of the state of Northeast Pechora into its own state
b) The victory point for the Brazilian state “Southern Minas Gerais” should now be at the correct location with the intended name
c) Fixed terrain and continent type of some provinces

7) Decisions
a) Resource prospecting decisions have been moved outside of the main mod and can now be added separately as a submod to PHF
b) Adjusted decision costs for the integration office decisions and compliance needed. States with less population will be slightly easier and cheaper to core

8) Defines
a) Changed the minimum percentage assigned to consumer goods from 10% to 2%

a) Added new initial leaders for the following nations: SWE, NOR, SWI, TOG, TUN, UGA, UKC, UKR, URG, VEN, VIN, VOL, ZAM, ANG
b) Changed the time needed to deploy airwings from 30 to 3 days
c) Adjusted the Military Industrial Organizations and added some initial unique ones for certain nations
d) Implemented the Special Forces Doctrine Tree for those who own Arms against Tyranny (there might still be some problems with some techs in it though)

a) The constitutional monarchy path now removes the National Spirit “Home Of The Free”

a) Adjusted the terrain of some naval strategic regions

b) Gave filters to all new focuses and added tooltips to some focuses when they’ve been completed that were still missing them

a) The focus “Encourage Privatisation” now has an effect tooltip that tells the player that it unlocks an industrial concern
b) Added a new flag for the constitutionalmonarchy ideology
c) Implemented the constitutionalmonarchy branch
d) Added 2 new expansionary focuses for the monarchist branch
e) Added new tooltips to focuses if they unlock an advisor
f) If the Grain Tax is paused the National Spirits will now be removed. Also added a new decision to reintroduce the tax
