Added MCT Options for Additive or Multiplicative Calculations
- Additive: Bonus magic find like from heroes are additive to the base chance. Calculation: [Base] + [Bonus]. e.g. 40 base and 20 bonus = 60
- Multiplicative: Bonus magic find like from heroes are multiplied to the base chance. Calculation: [Base] * [1 + Bonus / 100]. e.g. 40 base and 20 bonus = 48
