charge punch
now mecha uses rockets if enemy is far enough, if it's close he will use his charging attack
added new particles for mechagodzilla
reanimated + added new attacks for og godzilla

fixed mechagigan's texture
balanced destroyah, to make it fair to use in fights (can die to thermonuclear godzilla now)
now when godzilla enters thermo mode, its health goes up
