- the capital of Mongol Empire may move depending on its location, it's less likely to move if its in a highly developed county. More likely to move if its not in steppe or in a county with lower development(<20).
- made modification to scripted decline and collapse of Mongol Empire.

- added a county modifier to counties newly conquered by Genghis Khan.
- added the on_action for Great Khans to move their capital closer to its border.

- Greatest of Khans building can no longer be built manually, it will now be built automatically in the Genghis Khan's capital. When moving capital, the building will also be moved after some delay.
- fixes the issue where this mod disables type_holding_modifiers.

- steppe nomads will now move faster on plains and drylands as well, not as fast as to teleport like on steppe.

BMI 1.0 Features:
- Steppe nomads now move faster on steppe terrain than they do with sailing boats! They will outrun everything except other nomads.
- The greatest khan will now gain gold when successfully sieged a holding. Amount of gold depends on the province's income.
- Massive buffs to Temujin through the Greatest of Khans trait.
- A new building only available to the Genghis Khan
- A better horse archer unit available to cultures of mongolian heritage.
