Old Pylon system was removed and replaced with TModLoaders internal support for pylons.
This update makes all modded pylons work together with vanilla pylon network.

Added 2 new pylons: Living Pylon, Living Mahogany Pylon.

Tweaked numbers for how many npcs is needed for pylon to work, tweaked biome requirements for pylons and changed requirements for npcs to sell the pylon.

Every pylon now can be placed only once
