Removed obsolete slow motion patch, the devs finally fixed it themselves, nice.

Fixing the quickload bug noticed by https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/StattrakPhone

Caused by the engine just nuking functions that are inside of arrays/objects on quickload (for comedic purposes only)
This issue won't be fixed according to devs.
