-Improved transitions between animations
-Fixed the missing French female voice for tanner
-Added talking anims & lips sync with voice lines (they should stop as soon as the voice line is finished), meaning that I would no longer have to worry about the consistent duration of all voice lines per language (big improvement!!!)
-Added a set of various talking animations common for all artisans to avoid redundancy per profession
