Updated for Patch 2.4

Updated with some changes to:
- Lizardmen - some colour schemes reversed to make more lore-accurate or accurate to their faction flag with all 7 playable major factions now having a unique primary uniform colour to make them more distinct.
- Carcassonne - now uses the reversed colours of Couronne, (Red/Blue, previously Pale Blue/Orange-Red), to make it distinct whilst being closer to the faction flag and the default "Bretonnia" colours as the other major faction starting in Bretonnia itself.
