- Fix dlc check to use configSourceMod
- description of destory comms equipment - mention white antenna
- add faction face/voice
- Keep player loadout after choosing factions if player faction didn't change.
- Improve performance a bit when lots of mods are in use.

Fix 'Random' button in arsenal was only randomizing faction units even when arsenal was 'full' or 'map specific'.

Added a drag option to the game. Friendly players who go down can be dragged. To stop dragging, use the mouse option or just press AND HOLD the key you use to move forward. This drag works from prone as well as standing. If the ACE mod is found, this drag will not be available as ACE has it's own drag capability.

Optimize faction selection code: If you had a lot of factions (like when using RHS) it could take around 20 seconds to load the factions. It now takes less than 3 seconds and runs during mission start so the faction selection UI should be much quicker too.
