Fixed incorrect placement of Vampire Lord Level 3 Wizard Level.
Fixed multi lore characters not receiving an extra spell slot when their upgraded Wizard Level skill has been unlocked. This impacts characters like Archaon.

Added new generation behaviour for Daemon Princes.
Daemon Princes start at Wizard Level 1 and will be able to get to Wizard Level 3 through skill points.
Chaos Sorcerer's who ascend to daemonhood will receive a bonus Wizard Level, allowing them to reach level 4.

Fixed Vampire Lords not receiving an extra spell when at level 4.
Fixed Tzeentch Daemon prince never generated spells from the lore of metal.
