Rin rework patch.

Updates:

Minor animation and audio improvements and updates.

The cancel mechanic has been reworked. Rin can no longer freely cancel moves into down special, she must first gain a resource by landing forward or neutral special's melee hitboxes. This new mechanic comes with new visuals to accompany it to make it easier to understand.

Updated portrait and CSS screen.


Dspecial:

Cancels are now only available while Rin has a cancel stack. Stacks are gained by landing fspecial or the melee hit of nspecial and are lost on hit.

Cancels can no longer happen during hitpause.

Rin can no longer cancel into dspecial from strongs.

Startup: 7 > 5

Fspecial:

Startup: 12 > 16

Fspecial horizontal speed is now capped when ledge canceling the move.

Fspecial receives increased ground friction when snapping to ledge. (This is to fix a bug I was shown but I couldn't figure out how to replicate the bug so I don't know if it's actually fixed. It should be in theory.)

Bair:

Startup: 8 > 9
Recovery: 12(18) > 14(21)
Landing Lag: 7 > 9

Base Stats:

Pratland: 10 > 15
Extended Pratland: 24 > 30

Utilt: Hit 1: BKB: 6 > 4
Improves consistency of utilt.

Uair: Hit 2 now extends the hitbox further down if Rin has hit the first hit of the move.
This improves the consistency of rising uair against people standing on platforms.

Dspecial: Reduced speed by one unit.
Dspecial: No longer cancels during hitstop. Canceling into dspecial during hitstop will buffer the cancel after hitstop ends instead. Bugfix technically.
Dspecial: Landing Lag increased 8 > 10
Dspecial: Hitbox size reduced.
The goal is to reduce the power of dspecial in neutral and dspecial when recovering while maintaining its use as a combo tool.

Dair: Damage: 12 > 9.
With how easy it is for Rin to link extremely extended confirms she did not need a 12 damage normal.

Nspecial: Melee hit knockback reduced 8(.65) > 6(.65)
Nspecial: Melee hit now has increased knockback if the smaller first hit connects. 8(.65) > 7(.9)
Nspecial: Initial force palm hitbox width reduced: 60 > 40
This should reduce the situations where Rin randomly kills with nspecial and put more reward on landing the smaller initial force palm hitbox.
