v1.3 (New random Sharc patch just dropped)
Just wanted to give the character some TLC and fix up their projectiles so they're actually reflectable!
Most of the changes revolve around normalizing their stats/frame data, punishing Strongs more on whiff, reducing the potential healing power of their Heart attacks, and giving a bunch of projectiles actual reflect interactions!.

General:
+ Dash Start: 6 -> 12 (It makes moonwalking easier)
- Dash Speed: 5.75 -> 5.5
- Max air speed: 5.5 -> 5
- Air Accel: 0.4 -> 0.35 (These are more in line with Wrastor)
~ Fall Speed: 9 -> 8
~ Fast Fall Speed: 14 -> 12 (Now they fall closer to an actual floaty character)
- Pratland: 8 -> 10 (Just cuz the new USpecial is harder to read, it has more pratfall)
UTilt:
- Changed sourspot hitbox shape
FStrong:
- Increased friction after swing
- Decrease speed by 25% after swinging (Punishing FStrong with even a bit of movement was hard lol)
- Endlag (on whiff): 16 (24) -> 20 (30)
UStrong:
- Adjusted timings to be more similar to Sylvanos (less pre-charge startup, higher post-charge)
+ Overall startup: 26 -> 22
- Endlag (on whiff): 16 (24) -> 20 (30)
DStrong:
- Endlag (on whiff): 14 (21) -> 18 (27)
FAir:
+ Landing Lag: 9 -> 8
- Sweetspot active frames: 4 -> 3
+ Sourspot active frames: 4 -> 6
- Endlag (on whiff): 8 (12) -> 12 (18)
UAir:
- Startup: 8 -> 9
- Slightly reduced hitbox sizes on multi-hits
- Landing Lag: 6 -> 7

++ No longer has parry stun
~ Properly reflects on parry (Parrying works the same as hitting it now!)
- Heart healing: 6% -> 4%
+ Removed cooldown on other Specials after use
FSpecial:
++ Diamond & Heart have no parry stun
- Diamond & Heart now properly reflect (Diamonds all go in reverse, while Hearts aim back at Sharc with higher speed)
~ Heart properly heals when reflected (This was why it went into parry stun originally lol)
- Heart healing: 6% -> 4%
- Heart Speed: 9 -> 8
+ Heart Sight Distance: 500 -> 800
+ Heart Field of View: 90 -> 100
- Decreased Heart hitbox size
- Diamond Lifetime: 50 -> 40
