Fixed a bug where FSPECIAL's Cardy Flare didn't spawn correctly on some opponents.

- Hitbox 3’s Lifetime reduced from 3 -> 2

FSPECIAL:
• The positions for the Cardy Flare countdown hitboxes have been adjusted to be more in the centre of the opponents when active.
