-added ff miniboss theme
-added mauso layer
-added ultra greedier theme
-soundtrack menu support for menu and jingles (rgon)

-unique theme for alt path ff boss and horseman
-added layer for corpse and downpour

i wanted to patch up all the gaps but a year later i can't fight burnout anymore
i don't know if the last bits will even be coming at this point

but i don't want to be negative in this

fiend folio half-update

-4 fiend folio tracks, 3 to go (currently doesn't work with soundtrack menu)
-custom boss intro skips the fade-in
-layers are enabled by default
-disabled dead god credits theme by default

added some layers, rename the layers folder in the game files to enable them and edit the music.xml to get the cellar theme working
