-Red field upgrade net message now run if the player is dead. It is useless, since the player won't see the field upgrade icon when dead

-Overhauled Operator Manager
-Overhauled Loadout Manager
-Added HUD shake when damaged from any source (Compass, health bar and field upgrade don't shake)

Fixed a few bugs demanding HL2 weapons:
-Reserve ammo amount now shows up for HL2 weapons
-Ammo is now given to them correctly
