Update for fixes and minor adjustments to Kislev traits.

- Several Kislev unique traits had minor buffs to help them be on par with other factions unique traits.

- Fixed issue with duplicated effect due to database changes.

Fixed scope issue on Conceited trait.

Note: The bonus movement after battle will not take effect from a Hero character and only works on Lord atm.
