-Adjusted All crafting recipes. Essence will now always craft 4 <=> 1 instead of becoming more efficient as the table tier goes up. I wanted to keep this, but I decided it was less important than reducing the recipes and making the new Uncrafting options work well.

-The Witch can now reroll RE-ROLLABLE enchantments. Currently, only the Time Enchantment is re-rollable. It is a test for a new system I'm working on. None of the new text for it has localization yet, and I won't be updating any more localization until 1.4.4 because they massively changed how localization works and I've already started porting over to 1.4.4.
