-Changed Penny Pinching enchantment drop from the Torch God to Eye of Cthuhlu. I didn't realize you can only do the torch god once.
-Changed Penny Pinching's sell condition to post Eye of Cthuhlu instead of the player having less than 1 gold. This made it almost impossible to get if not trying to get it or guaranteed if you know how to exploit it.
-Fixed exploit with Penny Pinching that allowed you to get huge amounts of coins by letting an enemy pick up coins off the ground. I was referencing this value as well not realizing what it was.
-Changed how Penny Pinching enchantment works to reduce lag. Now, damaging an enemy will increase the total number of coins they drop instead of spawning coins on hit.
