- Added Melee Attack bonus.

Blood Shard:
- Added Spell Cooldown bonus.

- Fixed Character experience to be a % bonus instead of a flat value.

Update to fix Warmachine speed effect bonus not working.

- This may indirectly also fix the effect not working for Convoy lord with the same bonus since it looks like CA
forgot to link the effect to a unit group.

Update for adjustments to Chaos Dwarf followers and items.

Updated to (hopefully) be compatible with patch 3.0.

Changes:

Forbidden Rod (Arcane Item):

- Reverted the nerfs it recieved in 2.3, the effect now works the same as in patch 2.2.
