RTX On
Additions
Added LDR + HDR cubemaps.
Added some minor optimizations to the middle of the map.
Added some blank houses on either side of Nick and Dick's rather than a massive hole
No more mat_specular 0!

Changes
Changed colour of one house's roof.
Changed colour of Mike's floor tiles: 1st floor, 2nd floor bathroom, basement boiler room.
Changed colour of Nick and Dick's Bathrooms tiles.
Changed colour of tiles in Epstein's Island.

Fixes
(Probably) fixed ability to see people in 2nd floor of Nick and Dick's house from 1st floor.
Fixed holes in walls in Epstein's Island.

Next: Underground passage from Nick and Dick's to Epstein's Island.

Fixed the TV camera being a little bugged

Oops!

Fixed missing texture in Mike's 1st floor bathroom.
Fixed DOOR STUCK glitch with 'Teleport to Andrew's Room!'.
Fixed wall by entrance in 3rd house.
(fixed?) Mike's Camera room stop working when 1 person leaves but one person is still in the room.
Fixed ability to go above the traitor tester by going fast up a ladder (hopefully).
Additions
Added guns to 3rd house.
Added decor to 3rd house 1st floor.
Added an explosive barrel atop the traitor tester.
Lowered height of the 3rd house, probably don't need to jump to enter the house now.
Added prop fade to some lights in Gru's house.

Some skybox changes.

Map for some reason runs a lot lot quicker now, I am not sure why... I am not complaining though.

Minor optimization >>> about 20-30% more FPS on top of the original 50-100%. [~75% increase is estimated]
The trap behind House #2 is a little bit quicker. Total time for all landmines: 4.20 seconds >>> 4.00 seconds.
Fireplace in House #3 now works.
Door in House #3 works better.
The 3 windows in Mike's house upstairs bathroom has been converted into 1 big window now.

The Third House Update
Added a third house, thanks to hawk. Better than me at construction. Stop using the vertex tool, though.
Changed the massive floating box in the sky to a massive box beside the third house. Looks... better? Not sure.
Few minor changes besides this.
Supposedly the traitor-teleporter was broken. Don't think it ever was, but if it was, it is now fixed. Is it difficult to push a button?

The Optimization Update
Experimented with some func_visclusters
Bigger occluders.
NODRAW on probably every single face not visible to the player known to man.

Expect your FPS to increase by 50%-100% when standing in the centre of the map, and a similar amount in any house.

Poor running-computers should be able to run this map with ease now. Even with the 3rd house inclusion.

Bite-Sized Update
Changes

Added a Traitor room. Use the old traitor-teleporter (behind a house) to get there.
Traitor room teleports to the old traitor-teleporter spot, and can see the whole map from above.

In Mike's upstairs bathroom, the traitor door has been converted into an all-class door. It is activated by button on the right wall.
The outside balcony bit on House #2 is wider, so you are not tightrope walking.
Changed location of lightbulb in House #2 on 3rd floor

Fixes

Reduced the height of Mike's windows due to visibility failure
The basement TV now turns off every round.

Other

Experimented again with Occluders for optimization. It should work a little better now.
Ladder props fade out now.
Some more NODRAW on a few places.
The basement TV is more optimized when slightly outside.

Minor bug fixes to update below

Medium-sized Update

Removed wall at the end of the street, is now a barricade + fog.
Removed some explosive barrels for better gameplay (3 remain).
Moved Andrew's room explosion into Michael's room, should be more useful.

Experimented with Occluders for optimization.
The trap named "Explode the landmines!" now goes 3 ways around the house, rather than 2 (more bombs).
Removed a wall in house #2.
Fixed the ladder in house #2.
Combined two of the windows in house #2 to make one large window.
Added a new traitor button, "Teleport to Andrew's room!" inside the Traitor tester room.
Moved one of the cameras to behind the traitor tester.
Added a 3rd light inside the traitor tester so the person clicking the button can actually see it.

Major update #2

Interesting bits:
Traitor tester is now (mostly) protected from the elements, and bullets, much to my opposition.
Exploding barrels are around the map.
Opened the previously closed side of House #2.
Added a traitor trap dubbed 'Explode the landmines!' on the grass side of House #2.
To increase map flow, removed the ends of the fence on Mike's house.
Added more gun spawns. (removed a few, net gain though)
Added more cover throughout the middle of the map.
Traitor teleporter now teleports to the other side of the map, rather than atop Mike's house.
Added ability to leave the traitor-room with a little stair.
Shortened the traitor tester by about 1/3 of total original height.
Added new method to get inside House #2 from outside [outside >>> 2nd floor]
Reduced gun spawns in 3rd floor of House #2 [~2 or 3 less]
Attempted to open the 2nd floor a bit more.
Moved half of the current player spawns.
Made the exit to the traitor door (outside) a little more obvious, changed the window and brick layout.
Removed ammo stash in middle of map.
Added another light on the other side of the traitor tester to see it from both sides


Fixes
Fixed head-glitches through windows in House #2 (impossible to shoot)
Fixed a fence clipping issue (terrible design)
Some texture issues
Fixed fire not going away after 45 seconds (originally 60)
Fixed traitor door being openable by anyone using a crowbar. Now you need to press the button

Optimization
Optimized some props not fading out after a certain distance. Might perform a little better now, if you have a poor computer.
Reduced height of skybox, should run better.
