- fix sentries dont carry over their ammo to the next map
- fix mission difficulty being set incorrectly
- add !info command to explain to people who are new to the challenge why they died

changelog:
- add tech requirements to maps which dont have them by default but next maps in the campaign do
- add ability for lobby leader to revert progress on a mission that was just completed by typing !reset in chat
- make the carnage scale and alien's health depend on the amount of marines that played the first map in the campaign rather than current map only. makes this challenge harder and more realistic
- make the 2400 damage inflicted on gameplay start not count as friendly fire
- remove weapon requirements

hotfix, make getmapname() use .tolower()
