removed colorful alt and replaced it with KRAGG ALT
fixed outline on abyss alt

ftilt endlag increase from 13 > 18
fair endlag increased from 10 > 13
fair start up increased from 8 > 9
(dev comment: for the fair stuff it felt too fast to me personally and i think this is a health change)

bair - fixed its hitbox and gave it flipper 6. let me know if this is silly

increased fast fall and fall speed
