Poofs are here! Every sword beam collision has a unique animation.

--known bugs:
beam collision or "poof" is determined by P1, and we have no workaround right now.

--Next Implement planned: Epiphany Swords for waves 1-3

Update by Roary.

Fixed incubus causing error.
Fixed additional swords from mom's eye, loki horns etc. not being changed.
Fixed typo in name of file (magdelene_sword poof.anm2 -> magdalene_sword poof.anm2)
Changed folders grouping in "extras" to be more convenient (or I hope so)

Extras: added effect sprites and animations for:
- Judas, Dark Judas, T. Judas - new (not really imaginative, but I tried to fit vanilla as much as could)
- Keeper, T. Keeper, T.Samson - remade.

Not all "poof" effects are ready, so mod characters support will have to wait, sorry.

Implements Roary's hotfix for some bugs; Roary's poof replace code is commented out for now as only a few poofs have been done.

I had wanted to start immediately on modded character support but instead it has been focused on sword poofs
