Rewrote addon, fixed not spawning on ragdoll in DarkRp, added Outfitter support, added impact sounds / death sounds, made spawn protect sounds clientside.

You can now press space bar to spawn using knockdown, used to only get back up if you left click.

Added convar to toggle what sounds play in godmode for clients. FIXED MULTIPLAYER.
