* Fixed some Localisation and added Tooltips for the recent Changes.
* Added a push towards Spiritualism based on Feedback from Legit-Rikk. You can now start without it, but you will need to switch to it eventually.

* Updated to 3.8.X
* Ruler is now "Chosen One"
* Fixed the exploit of just subjugating everyone at the start by adding a negative opinion modifier.
* Modifier should be less impactful if you subjugate an Empire.
