- Horn no longer works if the vehicle does not have a valid non-ruined battery attached (car battery for cars, truck battery for trucks)

- Fixed keybind settings menu title.

- Re-wrote code to use an action instead of RPC.
- Added "noise" to the horn so that it attracts zombies.
- Fixed horn playing after logging out and back in.
- Changed car horn sound to a better sound effect.
