Stray Dogs cards and passives have been buffed in a significant way. The stagger resist reset passives on Geong-mi and the Carnival have been given the unattributable treatment to prevent stacking both with future interactions and present ones. Fixed some minor typos.

Been taking a break as my first month was quite a sprint of content, however I will always be willing to do balance or bug fixes. So reports are appreciated

Changed Lulus card arts to be more distinguishable. Nerfed Lenny's Erratic Movements passive to be +2 and +4 instead of +3 and +6, should also function properly now. Nerfed/fixed mangchis Preys Parry passive to be +1 Endurance and +1 disarm. Potentially fixed the speed dice issue, unsure exactly what causes it. If still not working properly I'll look into it further

Fascinating Fabric roll changes, carnival members -20 HP in their fight

Nerfed carnival to be less tanky, each member takes more damage of a specific type and stagger resist was lowered slightly. Fabric also was intended to be single use, and now has been fixed

Updated the carnivals main damage deflection passive, now they should take damage immediately upon stagger being depleted until the end of the next phase

Forgot to update the invitation requirements for the carnival

Walter gains less from strength and endurance now. carnival in its first iteration has been added

Walter passives have been slightly reworked and Axe Gang cards have been buffed as they are as is the most current content
