I did some balance fixing and passive tweaking anyways because I'm goated, dab.

Re-arranged passives to be in order of
Speed > Rarity > Cost

Removed "Hybrid" tag from all pages

Final update of the day, getting tired and making some bozo mistakes.

Everything was nerfed once again, but in turn I fixed some passives that weren't proccing.

Feedback is greatly appreciated on both balance and potential ideas for the future.

Hopefully the evil that was regular hook office fixers has been defeated. Testing now.

Not nerfed enough hot diggidy

Tweaked and buffed some already released cards,

Hook office is finally complete, don't know why this one took me so long but it did, heck.

First new invitation is Hook Office Fixers, which can be fought with x2 star of the city
Second new invitation if Hook Office, which can be fought with x3 star of the city.

I've just uploaded this and haven't even tested anything relating to hook yet, so the scuff will be surreal probably. If you're playing it hot off the presses enjoy.

-(Hopefully) Fixed Arnolds energy passive to now properly charge up to 20, and consume 5 Charge to gain 2 strength when at or above 12 charge.

-Buffed YOLO's roll and added a counter dice to Struggle
