+Turning to dust time reduce from 20s to 15s
* The self damage Kanos take after doing the snap is more evident


Fair: - First hitbox size reduce, harder to hit grounded/below opponent
- Hitboxes life time 4f-4f -> 3f-3f
- First hitbox power reduced 7 - 0.85 -> 6.5 - 0.8, more hitpause


Bair: - sour hitbox more hitpause

Utilt: KBscaling 1.1 -> 1
