Updated BBW McKenzie Phase 4 w Pump Fuel Up.

Moved the stern worklight from top of stern to actual stern so that it properly lights up the area of work where the anchor, winch and tow hook ups are.

Tweaked position of the stbd green and port red lights. Mixed feelings on painting the back side of the green side as it offsets the decorative red stripe. Overall the green paint would be more helpful in an emergency, if you could actually talk to people, by saying to an unskilled person "on the green side".
