Savage Faction will now demand conquering planets

A new faction! Savages
This faction will demand wars, conflicts and chaos. It will only spawn if you are a Savage Primitive, and will replace the vanilla Imperialist.
The demands are easy to meet, but they are outraged if a few years go by without a war.
NOTE: We are still experimenting with this feature, more demands will be added later.

Balance: Reinventing the Wheel

  • Destroy Country: 10 --> 7
  • Knowledge through Experience: 0.075 --> 0.05
  • Win Space battles: 0.3 --> 0.2

Fixes and others
  • Fixed a game crash
  • Monke land will not spawn naturally (this is intended)
  • Changed a few names
  • For some reason planet conquest events are not triggering, so we will disable them for now until we have a fix

Values are temporally and will probably change in the future

  • 0.5 points for conquering planets
  • 0.3 points for winning space battles
  • 10 points for destroying an entire country
  • Knowledge through Experience changed from 0.1 to 0.075 ( We will probably drop it to 0.05 later)

-Fixed a crash with Bug Branch.
