Buildings
Reflavoured the Hadrian's Wall Fort building to an extra defensive line so that the castle can have Hadrian's

Added the aqueduct to the hospital with three levels.

Added the forum and legionary base buildings to castles providing income and wealth respectively.

Added the following unique buildings:
- The Las Medulas and Dolaucothi gold mines in Ponferrada and Builth.
- The ports of Syracusae, Acre, Paphos, Salamis and Trapezous
- The grand ports of Carthago, Cyrenaica, Alexandria and Antioch
- Syracusian Latifundia, buildable in Sicily
- The Catacombs of Syracusae and the Catanian Amphitheatre in Syracuse.
- African Terra Sigillata Marketplace and Numidian Stable buildable in the province of Africa
- Mauretanian Auxilia Camp buildable in Mauretania
- Sub Saharan, Ethiopian and Damascus Mercator Forums in Tinmallal, Aswan and Damascus

Made gold mines non-upgradable without mod options

Disabled normal retinues for AI but enabled special ones. Tribal and nomad retinues left as is

Replaced the retinue cost and cap changes in technology with a flat modifier triggered by tech.

Add silver and gold mines buildable while using the mod tools decision.

Changed localisation for the unit spawning tool to label it as a mod tools decision.
