Uspecial:
Fixed bug where he would get soft armor for window 2
If is in the air during grounded uspecial it will become normal uspecial

Fspecial:
Neutral Throw BKB 9 -> 8.5
Neutral Throw ANGLE 68 -> 90
Neutral Throw KBS 1 -> 1.05
HE can hold the opponent for much longer

Nspecial:
He can spam his rock 10 times
But it won't kill now

Dspecial:
He slams into the ground now spiking the opponent
If on the ground he will the opponent send upwards

Dair:
Lasts 10 frames longer

Like bowser Fspecial he can throw them forwards or backwards if nothing is pressed he will do the normal throw

Replaced the css with Muno css (because I minor mistake on the Hyuponia's and her hud was way to damn tedious to replace all of that)

Gave him a slightly less height on his jumps

Granted intangibility to the limbs during the attack

Uspecial:

Basically what it does it makes it the pal version of Bowser

Fspecial is now independent of enemy weight, so it can damage very lightweight chracters
